AGENDA

Telco SIG as new WG in neworg
Joni recalled the process of creation of a new working group in NewOrg.
The SIG Telco group approved to go forward as stated in the notes from Santa Clara.

IMS WP
Work in progress.
It has been decided to process through the mailing list to adjust workplan dates and dates of 2-days workshop (focused on the IMS WP). The possibility to have an extra call next week to work on WP and Skeleton has been discussed but finally no decision acted (the group is invited to exchange on the mailing list to see if there is some interest for that extra call and when).

POTENTIAL LIASIONS
A status was made on the existing liaisons with other relevant organizations :

  • OMA : liaison already existing and active
  • GSMA : no formal liaison established in the past
  • 3GPP : work based on cross-membership but no formal liaison (informal approach recommended by 3GPP)

The discussion is moved to next call too (following Aude's email).

IDP selector
Regarding the IDP Selector MRD review by the SIG Telco group, it was decided to rather focus on the IMS WP for the moment (and then a dedicated session on IDP Selector could be organized).

RECRUITMENT
Brainstorming on potential actions for recruiting new members.

  • Ingo : Franhauffer Institute is interested in participating. Ingo will send a email to F.I.
  • Telia Sonera ? Jonas will send a mail to TeliaSonera to see if they are interested.
  • Formal invitation email to Nortel ?

RESTful work plans in TEG
There will be a focus meeting within TEG on this topic the week of the 14th of April. Jonas and Peter D. will attend this focus meeting. They will report progress on that topic to the SIG Telco group (on the SIG Telco confcall following that TEG focus meeting).
